Thanks to their compact design, they are cost-effective, low-maintenance and offer maximum precision, energy efficiency and reliability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Switching times in the millisecond range improve positioning accuracy, increase reliability and significantly reduce energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hydraulic systems have a high power density, but often suffer from low energy efficiency. This is where digital hydraulic switching concepts come in – with the fast switching valve as the central component. The FSVi(Fast Switching Valve with integrated Electronics<\/em>) developed by LCM is the first digital valve on the market with a switching time of approx. 1 ms – at least five times faster than standard market solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optimized magnets and an energy-efficient control, embedded in the integrated electronics, enable a permanent switching frequency of 100 Hz. The simple design also reduces the production and maintenance costs of hydraulic actuators. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
