\ud83d\udcaa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our colleagues <strong>Sabrina Fleischanderl<\/strong>, <strong>Judith Resch<\/strong>, <strong>Christina Hofer<\/strong> and <strong>Julia Mayer<\/strong><br\/>took part in the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffg.at\/content\/innovatorinnen-club\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovators Club<\/a> | Successful Communication in Projects &#8211; Acceptance, Trust and Motivation<\/em> workshop this week. \ud83c\udf93\u2728 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with other participants, they learned how clear communication, assertiveness and trusting cooperation can succeed in project teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlights of the workshop:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reflection on individual roles and expectations in the team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealing with challenging situations in everyday project work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building a culture of trust and motivation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A big thank you to the experienced trainer <strong>Dipl.-Ing.
